Coursework is only one part of your college experience. Involvement in campus life is another. We strongly encourage you get to involved with one of the many student organizations on campus. As a student majoring in AIM, you may be particularily interest in our Gopher Crops and Soils Club and student chapter of the National Agri-Marketing Association
Gopher Crops and Soils Club is a social and professional club that encourages student interaction with faculty and other students interested in agronomy. The club provides many opportunities for members, including social activities, netowrking, and travel to national conferences.
National Agri-Marketing Association prepares students for careers in agricultural marketing, sales, communication and public relations. As the student chapter of a national professional organization, this club has strong connections with industry professionals. Among the club's many activities is an annual trip to the national convention where students present a marketing proposal in competition with other chapters.
